Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Our standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

  • Early check-in is available between 8:00 AM & 11:00 AM, subject to availability.

  • Late check-out is available up to 12:00 PM, subject to availability of rooms.

  • It is mandatory for all guests to present valid ID proof at the time of check-in.

    • Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.

    • Accepted ID proofs: Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport.

    • PAN Cards are not accepted as valid ID.

  • 100% room payment must be made prior to check-in.

    • Cheque payments are not accepted.

    • GST @ 18% (12% CGST & 6% SGST) will be charged as per government policy.

  • As per hotel policy, children above 12 years are considered adults.

    • An extra person charge of ₹500/- will apply in such cases, along with room payment.

  • Children under 18 years are allowed to stay only with their parents. Unaccompanied children/teens are not allowed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests can be made by:

  • No cancellation charges if the booking is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to check-in (12:00 PM).

  • Cancellations made between 72 hours and 24 hours before check-in will attract a charge equivalent to 1 night’s stay (including taxes) as a standard cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to check-in will be treated as “No Show” and no refund will be provided.

  • For long stay bookings (more than 7 days), cancellation must be done at least 7 days (168 hours) before check-in (12:00 PM).

    • No refund will be provided if cancellation is made later.

  • Refunds (partial or full, as applicable) will be processed within 10 days of the approved cancellation.

  • Amendments: Guests can change or amend booking dates free of cost, subject to room availability.

Driver Accommodation

  • We regret to inform that we do not have separate rooms or lounges for drivers. Guests are requested to make independent arrangements for their driver’s accommodation.
