Refund Policy

Cancellation Requests

  • Cancellations for bookings made on our website, mobile app, third-party websites, or travel agencies can be requested by:


Cancellation Charges

  • 72 hours or more before check-in (12:00 PM): No cancellation charges, full refund.

  • Between 72 hours and 24 hours prior to check-in (12:00 PM): Charges equivalent to 1 night’s stay (including taxes) will be deducted as a standard cancellation fee.

  • Within 24 hours prior to check-in (12:00 PM): Considered as “No Show”. No refund will be provided under any circumstances.


Long Stay Bookings (7+ nights)

  • For cancellations of bookings longer than 7 days, requests must be made at least 7 days (168 hours) prior to check-in (12:00 PM).

  • No refund will be provided if cancelled later than 168 hours prior to check-in.


Refund Process

  • Approved refunds (full or partial, as applicable) will be processed within 10 business days from the time of cancellation.


Amendments

  • Guests may change or amend booking dates free of charge, subject to availability.

  • No rescheduling charges will apply.
