Refund Policy
Cancellation Requests
Cancellations for bookings made on our website, mobile app, third-party websites, or travel agencies can be requested by:

Cancellation Charges
72 hours or more before check-in (12:00 PM): No cancellation charges, full refund.
Between 72 hours and 24 hours prior to check-in (12:00 PM): Charges equivalent to 1 night’s stay (including taxes) will be deducted as a standard cancellation fee.
Within 24 hours prior to check-in (12:00 PM): Considered as “No Show”. No refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Long Stay Bookings (7+ nights)
For cancellations of bookings longer than 7 days, requests must be made at least 7 days (168 hours) prior to check-in (12:00 PM).
No refund will be provided if cancelled later than 168 hours prior to check-in.
Refund Process
Approved refunds (full or partial, as applicable) will be processed within 10 business days from the time of cancellation.
Amendments
Guests may change or amend booking dates free of charge, subject to availability.
No rescheduling charges will apply.
