Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations & Payments

  • All bookings made through our website, mobile app, third-party websites, or travel agents are subject to availability and confirmation from Hotel Asha Grand.

  • 100% room payment must be made prior to check-in. Cheque payments are not accepted.

  • All rates displayed on the website are subject to GST @ 18% (12% CGST & 6% SGST) as per government regulations.

  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation in case of non-payment, incomplete details, or suspicious activity.


2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM | Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM.

  • Early check-in (8:00 AM – 11:00 AM) and late check-out (till 12:00 PM) are subject to availability.

  • All guests must present a valid Government-approved photo ID at the time of check-in.

    • Foreign nationals must present a passport and valid visa.

    • Accepted IDs: Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport.

    • PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID.

  • Children above 12 years are considered adults. Extra charges of ₹500/- per person per night apply.

  • Children under 18 years must stay with parents/guardians. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.


3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be requested via phone (+91-3614063463) or email (frontoffice@ashagrand.com).

  • Free cancellation if requested at least 72 hours before check-in (12:00 PM).

  • Cancellation between 72 – 24 hours before check-in will attract charges equivalent to 1 night’s stay (including taxes).

  • Cancellation within 24 hours prior to check-in will be treated as a “No Show” and no refund will be provided.

  • For long stays (7+ days), cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to check-in. No refunds will be provided for late cancellations.

  • Approved refunds (full or partial) will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation.

  • Guests can change/amend booking dates free of charge, subject to availability.


4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

  • Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be charged to the guest’s account.

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Any violation will attract penalties as per hotel policy.

  • Guests must maintain decorum and respect other guests and hotel staff. Misconduct may result in cancellation of stay without refund.


5. Driver Accommodation

  • The hotel does not provide separate rooms or lounges for drivers. Guests are requested to arrange accommodation for drivers independently.


6. Privacy Policy

  • Guest information collected during booking/check-in is kept strictly confidential and used only for service, legal compliance, and communication purposes.

  • The hotel ensures compliance with applicable data protection laws.


7. Force Majeure

  • Hotel Asha Grand shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or emergencies.


8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
